The Office of the Registrar handles all the course information for Rice University. Each year they publish a course booklet that contains all the courses and their descriptions. The booklet can be picked up in the Registrar's Office They also provide an Online Schedule of Courses Offered

Also, at the beginning of every semester, they publish an update, usually in the form of a newspaper, containing any changes to the schedule of courses. It is definitely worth picking up to see if the course you were planning to take this year was cancelled or if there is some new course that was just announced.
